Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your request for collection. Repeat medication requests are ready for collection after 2pm (not including weekends).

If there are any issues or delays with your request, we will contact you as soon as possible using the contact number(s) you have provided.

Useful information

Please note that if your pet has not been seen by us in the last six months, we may not be able to authorise your request until a medication review has been carried out.

**Written prescriptions are available on request at a cost of £21. If more than one medication is requested at the same time, an additional £12.50 will be charged for each additional medication. The length of time a written prescription is valid will vary depending on the medication prescribed and the period authorised by the veterinary surgeon.
