If this is within our surgery hours – 08:30-18:00 – you will be offered an emergency appointment in one of our three branches. Please specify that this is an emergency and we will see you as soon as possible.
If you call outside of our surgery hours you will be transferred to Valley 24/7, who provide our out of hours care.

Valley Vets will transfer all medical records to us the following morning to ensure our vets are fully informed with regards to your pet’s treatment. The care of your pet will automatically transfer to us once our Practice reopens.
